From the moment we met Tommy, we could tell what passion and energy he brought to his work. While he came highly recommended by another bride to DJ our wedding reception, we knew from the first meeting that he would guarantee a great time on the dance floor. During the planning meetings, it became evident to us that his passion for detail transcended into all the services offered by Tommy Gatz Entertainment to include creating the perfect atmosphere for all stages of our reception with tailored uplighting and a sound system to fit our venue layout. We became more and more confident that everything would go smoothly on the big day as Tommy and Valerie made themselves available to coordinate and discuss the many details and timeline of our reception in the months leading up to the wedding–even graciously accepting last minute changes and requests from our end. The personal touch of multiple in-person meetings during the planning process was invaluable. With a large wedding to plan, we relied heavily on the flexibility and professionalism of the Tommy Gatz team.
On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax knowing that the event would stay on schedule and that Tommy and his team had everything under control–working closely with our other vendors when needed. DJ Tommy Gatz and DJ Schemes kept all our guests energized and loving one song to the next. We are sure all 180 friends and family were on the dance floor at some point in the evening. We all had a blast and we are still getting compliments on how much fun our wedding reception was–we give most of that credit to Tommy Gatz Entertainment. On top of everything, we love our photos taken by Tommy’s crew! They truly show how much fun everyone was having and gave us an opportunity to see so many great moments that we didn’t get to see in person that night. To top everything else, our short video and cinematography products that captured the highlights of our wedding ceremony and reception were perfection and will be cherished for years to come.
