Private Party Event Planning and Coordinating

Tommy Gatz Entertainment provides a complimentary Entertainment Coordinator for all of our events to coordinate the services we’re providing to you be it DJ Music, Lighting, Photography or Cinematography. We will work with your other vendors in order to facilitate your timeline so that all special moments take place and all of your vendors are in place so nothing gets missed.

Above and beyond this complimentary service, Tommy Gatz Entertainment’s Event Planners have over 15 years of experience planning and coordinating weddings and events. This Ranges from day of coordination to full design production, which may include contracting all of your vendors and fully planning a wedding for the bride that has no time or interest to do it herself, or the business that simply wants to walk into a completed event with as little production input as possible. All of our event planning packages can be custom tailored to fit your needs and desired level of participation in the planning process.
